Jerry Jones Acoustic

My name is Jerry Jones. I'm a songwriter and solo-acoustic performer. I live in Perry Hall, MD which is located in Northeastern Baltimore County. I play in various venues located across the greater Baltimore area. 

I started playing in bands at the age of 16. I was a teenager in the 70's so much of my musical influence comes from that decade. I had a 40 year gap in performing due to an electrical engineering career, getting married and raising a family. In 2018 I was able to return to my musical roots and concentrate on performing once again. After numerous attempts to start a band I decided to go the solo-acoustic route. As I developed my song list I concentrated on learning popular and recognizable songs. I've made it a priority to avoid many of the tunes I hear so many other artists perform. Yes, I try to set myself apart from the others. I also have a full set of songs that are preformed on a 12 string acoustic guitar.

Presently I'm working on some new original songs with my producer Chuck DeFontes. I already have three (3) and I anticipate having two (2) more done by the end of 2025. All of my music can be found on iTunes.
